What is Direct Primary Care?

At our practice, we believe in providing personalized and comprehensive primary care services directly to our patients, without the barriers often associated with traditional healthcare models. As a direct primary care practitioner, Stephanie is dedicated to offering high-quality, unhurried medical care with a focus on patient wellness and satisfaction.

  • What sets DPC (Direct Primary Care) apart?

    1. No Insurance Hassles: We eliminate the burden of insurance-related paperwork and administrative complexities, allowing for transparent pricing and prioritizing patient care over bureaucratic obstacles.

    2. Comprehensive Services: Our practice offers a wide range of services, including preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, minor procedures, lifestyle counseling, and more, all delivered in a compassionate and supportive environment.

    3. Emphasis on Wellness: We are dedicated to promoting and maintaining the holistic wellness of our patients, emphasizing healthy lifestyle choices, preventive measures, and proactive health management.

    4. Unhurried Care: We aren't bound by the rules of insurance that typically allows 15-30 minutes with each patient. We take the time to explain thoroughly 

  • What is the cost of these services out of pocket?

    Monthly memberships are $75 per person per month. 


    Couples residing in the same household receive a 10% discount on membership. 


    All DPC members receive an additional 10% off of services rendered by the practice. 

  • What services can be provided?

    By choosing to become a DPC member, you will have access to many services that are included in your monthly fee. Additionally, any other services provided by 716ology will be discounted as a DPC member.


    Including, but certainly not limited to:

    • Annual Physicals
    • Unhurried medical visits lasting 30-60 minutes
    • Judgement free conversations
    • Quick and easy access to your provider
    • The ability to avoid long ER waits and Urgent care co-pays while still having fast service
    • Chronic Disease Management
    • Minor dermatologic procedures including skin tag removal, wart removal, biopsies, etc.
    • Suture Removal / Staple Removal
    • Migraine IV Infusions
    • Joint Injections
    • Sick Visits (URI's, Sinus infections, UTI's, etc)
    • Earwax removal
    • Oral Contraceptives
    • Trigger point injections
    • Lab draw/interpretation

    *We do not routinely prescribe opiates or controlled substances*

  • What does the membership include?

    Included in the $75 monthly fee:

    • All well visits ($200 in savings)
    • Minor dermatological procedures including wart removal, suture/staple removal, skin tag removal, punch biopsies ($160+ in savings)
    • Pre-operative clearance appointments ($150+ in savings)
    • All follow-ups 
    • Forms to be filled out ($20 savings per form)
    • Unhurried and non-judgemental appointments
    • Specialist Consultations without having to leave the office* 
    • IV infusions* 
    • Joint Injections*

    *Additional fees may apply at a discounted rate


  • Do you accept insurance?

    We do not accept insurance for provider services rendered in the office. HOWEVER, insurance will likely cover medications, labs, imaging, etc.
