    Your own blood is collected and separated out through high speed spinning (centrifuging). The platelet-rich-plasma is then drawn into a syringe and injected into the area of concern.

    Typically patients begin to feel relief between 4-6 weeks. Healing and repair can continue up to 9 months.

  • Where are these injections placed?

    PRP can be injected into shoulders and knees during an office visit.
